Fine Lines By Caroline (FLBC) I established a career designing Custom Homes and Commercial Structures:  Residential Homes, Schools, Universities, Hotels, Lodges, Warehouses, Strip Centers, Churches, Dentist & Doctor’s Offices.  All in various areas including but not limited to Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan & Louisiana. Over time, Interior Design in both residential and commercial became a highly requested service that I happily fulfilled. (West U, Rice, Memorial, River Oaks, Cypress, etc.)  After Harvey, I expanded to also include Project Managing.  Having an abundance of experience with contracts, procuring contractors for my clientele and the ability to understand and satisfy those clients desires, I decided to also become a REALTOR®️ and I was very successful.  Actually becoming an award winning REALTOR®️. But, after more than 30 years working in many areas of construction, I made the decision to eliminate Custom House Plans and Real Estate in order to concentrate on my true passion, Custom Interior Design. It is so fulfilling to be able to collaborate with various clientele and determine for them which walls should be removed, what job materials, cabinetry, paint colors, lighting, plumbing supplies, fabrics, etc. will meet their needs and individual style.
